The liability of the Foundation is limited to its assets. After the initial registration of the deed of incorporation in Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, a member of the General Board, of the Executive Committee or any other officer of the Foundation shall not be personally liable for any legal act by which he binds the Foundation, unless otherwise provided by the law.
