Election
- EUROGI President 2005-2007 Dear
EUROGI Members, At
the next Annual General Board meeting to be held April 14-15 2005 in
Luxembourg, election of the President of EUROGI will take place. This will be
in accordance with the EUROGI BYLAWS, "CHAPTER 2 ELECTIONS" section I
'Election of President". As
stated in article 7, a President is allowed to serve two consecutive 2-year
terms as President of EUROGI. All
FULL (A-members) members of EUROGI may propose a candidate for
the position of President, as long as permission of that candidate is obtained
and is seconded by at least two other FULL members. This
must be done 8 weeks prior to the board meeting (closing date: 18 February
2005) in writing to the Secretary General. He will formally announce all
candidates at least 4 weeks prior (18 March 2005) via Email. If
you have any questions or observations about this election or intent to propose
a candidate, feel free to contact me. A description of presidential activities
